Trying to boot into computer, but it will not let you? Black screen with words and lettering, but will not go past DMI Pool Data, system failed.
 
Very likely that the hard drive or motherboard is going bad or is dead. If you can access your drive from another computer (slaving) and retrieve your data, now would be a good time, however if this isn't possible and the drive is dead, you will need to have your data recovered professionally.
